Hi, I’m Lea Carosella, but you might know me as my online alias, Toon Ruins. I’m a passionate video editor and digital media specialist with a deep love for animation and a commitment to social justice. Over the past decade, I've built a vibrant online community of over 150,000 subscribers on YouTube and 15,000 followers on Twitter, where I share my creative journey and advocate for meaningful causes and stories.
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Digital Media from the Northwestern Connecticut Community College art program, which I completed in May 2019. My professional experience includes working as an Assistant Editor and later a Junior Editor at Xpedition Media, where I contributed to brand films for YouTube and edited internal videos for Google. I also had the privilege of working at Skybound Entertainment on the Emmy-nominated series Invincible for Amazon Prime Video as an Assistant Animatic Editor.
I'm currently freelancing and on the lookout for my next full-time opportunity. I’m excited to utilize my existing skills while also expanding my expertise in a dynamic work environment.
