ASSISTANT ANIMATIC EDITOR

As an Assistant Animatic Editor, it's your job to play a key role in organizing, assembling, and refining rough edits of animatics before full production. You support the Animatic Editor(s) and production team by managing assets, syncing audio, and ensuring that scene timing aligns with the director’s vision.

I had the privilege of contributing to Emmy-nominated Invincible (Seasons 2 & 3) as well as The Atom Eve Special, assisting in the editorial process to help bring these projects to life. Here is some of the work that I've done on these projects.

Invincible E307
Example of some scene labeling I did on Invincible. More scene labeling examples available upon request.
Invincible E308
Very short SFX example of work I did on Invincible.
More SFX application examples available upon request.
Invincible E308
Some WALLA that I applied on Invincible to help the animatic editor (Matt Michael) meet deadlines.
More WALLA application available upon request.

ANIMATIC EDITIOR

The examples below showcase animatics for which I served as the Animatic Editor.

Once the second and third seasons of Invincible and the online animated series Warriors: Into the Wild are officially released, I will add work from those projects to this section. In the meantime, accredited studios and recruiters may contact me directly to request additional work examples that are not currently available for public viewing.

Disclaimer: The Infinity Train animatic included here was created for a presentation at a local university to illustrate the role of Animatic Editors. Please note that it is fan-made and not associated with the show's production. The Invincible animatic is not official, but it is one that my supervisor on Invincible at the time assigned me to practice on. The assignment was to align the speech with what was happening on screen and add sound effects.
Note: The above example is not yet public. If you are a legitimate hiring agency, please contact me in private for the password.

ASSISTANT VIDEO EDITOR

The Assistant Video Editor plays a vital role in the collection and organization of b-roll, project preparation, and the application and identification of LUTs. Responsibilities also include logging footage within the metadata, delivering final assets to clients, creating string-outs, and occasionally implementing client feedback during the editing process to support the lead editor. Below are some projects where I have received credit as Assistant Video Editor.

Video Editor / Junior Video Editor

I have over a decade of experience in video editing, beginning my journey as a self-taught editor using Windows Movie Maker for an eighth-grade school project. My enthusiasm for the craft quickly led me to outgrow that program, and by ninth grade, I was learning Adobe Premiere. This passion drove me to pursue a college education and ultimately a full-time career in the field.

I believe that timing and the effective use of relevant b-roll footage are crucial elements in every project. In 2021 and 2022, I had the opportunity to edit brand videos for both YouTube and Google, with a standout project being the International Women's Day 2022 video. The linked videos below include projects where I held the roles of Junior Editor or Editor.

PROMOTIONAL & CREATIVE

Below are some promotional creative and asset edits I have completed over the years for practice or personal enjoyment. You can explore more of my personal, experimental and passion projects on my YouTube channel. Please note that some works are not publicly available.

AFTER EFFECTS / MOTION GRAPHICS

In this section, you'll find a collection of my After Effects and motion graphics projects, showcasing my skills in animation and visual effects. These works demonstrate my ability to create dynamic and engaging content that enhances storytelling and brand messaging. I am also proficient in using and customizing premade templates to achieve professional results efficiently.
Typography and motion graphics that I made for the official lyric video to the song 'Are We a Thing' by Jake Neutron.

Only my parts are included here, so the song is in bits and pieces. This lyrical video was debuted at Momocon 2025, and has yet to be officially posted to YouTube or any other social media account(s).
